Issue 131: November 2018
Introducing our new Office Administrator, Natasha Rose
After a successful career in experiential marketing, I made the decision to transition into an area that supports and nourishes my passion for social justice and human rights. I completed a Bachelor of International Studies with a major in Development, graduating earlier this year with a High Distinction average (justifying all of the long days and nights of study!).
After an internship placement with the Red Cross, I realised my passion for International Humanitarian Law, and began to work towards a future in this area.
Returning from a year living and studying abroad in Mexico, I then commenced a Master of Human Rights Law and Policy at the University of New South Wales, which I am currently completing while working at the Centre.
My previous career played a vital role in the development of my professional skills, which I can now use to contribute to positive change. I am extremely grateful for my role at the Centre, where I am surrounded by forward-thinking individuals who are passionate about improving access to justice for society’s most vulnerable.
