A VICTORIAN woman has been told by the Federal Court she will be allowed to go through IVF, despite a law that required her to obtain her estranged husband’s permission beforehand.

Open University free law clinic shortlisted for pro bono legal awards

The Open Justice Centre’s Law Clinic, which offers free online legal advice led by OU students supervised by qualified solicitors, has been shortlisted in the LawWorks Annual Pro Bono Awards. Named as a finalist in the ‘Best new pro bono activity’ category, the winners will be announced at the Law Society in London on Monday 3 December.
