National Access to Justice and Pro Bono Conference

The biennial National Access to Justice and Pro Bono Conference began in 2000 as the National Pro Bono Conference before adopting its current name in 2006. The event is jointly hosted by the Australian Pro Bono Centre and the Law Council of Australia, often in conjunction with other partner organisations.
The Conference attracts delegates from across the profession, including legal professionals, judges, government law officers, academics and students. The program features leading international and local speakers who discuss critical and current access to justice issues facing Australians. The sessions explore the various challenges and opportunities associated with enhancing access to legal services and pro bono work.
